FLAGSHIP PROGRAM
A Joint initiative by Gagan Narang Sports Promotion Foundation (GNSPF) and Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ), this flagship program is part of our Vision 2024, to get 10 medals from the Paris Games.
FOCUS
This multi-phased project was launched in 2017, designed for the athletes to support them in improving their performance at the National & International level. High-Performance Coaches impart individualized training to help each athlete reach his/her true potential. The project supports the selected athletes to improve on various parameters of the sport, i.e., Technical, Physical & Mental aspects.
TALENT HUNT & SCHOLARSHIP
Talent Search is carried out every year at the national level (barring 2020), to select 30 athletes who are offered full training scholarship & competition support for 1 year.
