The Gagan Narang Sports Promotion Foundation (GNSPF) is a not-for-profit organization established with the vision of identifying, nurturing, and empowering sporting talent across India. Founded by Olympian and Padma Shri awardee Gagan Narang and Pawankumar Singh, Secretary General of the National Rifle Association of India, the Foundation is committed to creating world-class opportunities for athletes through professional coaching, high-performance training, and holistic athlete development.

GNSPF believes that every talented athlete deserves access to quality infrastructure, expert guidance, and the right support system, regardless of their background. Through its various initiatives, the Foundation works to bridge the gap between potential and performance, helping athletes achieve success at national and international levels.

Over the years, GNSPF has developed a strong ecosystem for sports excellence by operating training academies, conducting grassroots development programs, supporting para-athletes, and implementing social impact initiatives that make sports more accessible across the country.
